DIY Felt Love Bear + Free Pattern

Hello, everyone! I'd like to share with you my newest felt creation: love bear. I made it to celebrate Valentine's Day. I hadn't been making any felt crafts in ages, so it was a fresh restart. I'm glad I still remember how to do the stitches :D

To make this felt love bear you will need:

• felt love bear pattern (you can download it at the end of this post)
• felt fabric, any colour you like
• sewing needles
• embroidery or sewing thread, the same colours as your chosen felt fabric
• scissors
• beads for the eyes
• stuffing
• fabric glue or hot glue gun
• a pen or pencil

Free Printable Journal Stickers

 

Hello, everyone! It's been a while since I posted on my blog. I have to be honest, my blog is somewhat abandoned as I'm focusing on my other social media, such as my YouTube channel and Instagram.

I have been wanting to use create my own journal stickers for a while. Yet, because of other important priorities, I didn't make time to do so. However, a few days ago I said to myself, "If you don't do it now, you'll never do it," and I simply got my sketchbook and started writing down ideas and drawing them.

Christmas Wishlist Printable

Have you thought of your gifts for your loved ones?

While I know what Eloy likes, it is always hard to get something for him for Christmas – or his birthday. I want to give him something that he wants or likes. Yes, I can give him a board game or any games, but since I am not into gaming, I don’t know which games he fancies.

Therefore, it is always easier for me if we write what we wish to have. This Christmas, I decided to make this printable Christmas Wishlist. I drew kawaii Christmas characters and used Canva to design the PDF Christmas Wishlist. It’s nothing fancy, but it meets the purpose.

Weekend Getaway in Antequera, Málaga

A couple of weeks ago, Eloy and I spent a fortnight in Antequera, Málaga. Antequera is a medieval town located about 68 kilometres from Málaga. Even though we live less than an hour’s drive from it, we had never visited the town.

We went there on Friday evening, soon after I arrived from work. It took us around 50 minutes to get there. We packed more warm clothes as the weather is colder compared to the one in Málaga.

We arrived at the hotel, Parador de Antequera, around 6 p.m. Surprise! Eloy forgot to bring his wallet! Luckily, I took a photo of his ID card a few days ago, so we could use this photo to check in at the hotel. Note that I had to show my ID card, as well.

Felt Ice Creams

 

Do you like ice creams?

While I do enjoy having some ice cream on a hot summer day, I have never felt desperate for wanting to have one. Even as a child, I didn’t crave ice cream as much as I craved savoury food. I’m not a huge fan of desserts, though it’s okay to have some every now and then.

Eloy says that I have a weird taste for ice cream. While he enjoys most of the different ice cream flavours – and is not afraid to try a new flavour – I will stick to my favourite flavour: vanilla. In fact, you will be surprised when I tell you that my favourite ice cream is that cheap cone sold by fast-food restaurants. I prefer cone ice creams to popsicles. I love the taste of the crunchy cone. Which do you prefer, cones or popsicles?

Felt Birthday Bear

 

It was Eloy's birthday on 17th November. At night, we went to our favourite seafood restaurant, Hermanos Alba. They have an excellent quality of seafood and we believe it's the best seafood restaurant in Málaga.

I like to call Eloy 'bear' mainly because he is hairy and cuddly, haha. This has inspired me to make a felt birthday bear. I like drawing kawaii stuff and I believe it is my drawing style. Thus, my craft style is pretty much inspired by kawaii arts, as well.
